I have prepared these updated formal Articles of Impeachment as a Constitutional lawyer. They are in proper legal form and all allegations are provable. They will be sent to Congress.

Impeaching Barack Hussein Obama, President of the United States, for high crimes and misdemeanors.
Resolved, That Barack Hussein Obama, President of the United States, is impeached for high crimes and misdemeanors and that the following articles of impeachment be exhibited to the United States Senate:
Articles of impeachment exhibited by the House of Representatives of the United States of America in the name of itself and of the people of the United States of America, against Barack Hussein Obama, President of the United States of America, in maintenance and support of its impeachment against him for high crimes and misdemeanors.
Article I
In his conduct while President of the United States, Barack Hussein Obama, in violation of his constitutional oath to faithfully execute the office of President of the United States and, to the best of his ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States, and in violation of his constitutional duty to take care that the laws be faithfully executed, has willfully corrupted and manipulated the executive branch to increase its power and destroy the balance of powers between the three branches of government that is established by the Constitution of the United States.
The means used to implement this course of conduct or scheme included one or more of the following acts:
(1) Shortly after being sworn in for his first term as President of the United States, Barack Hussein Obama began creating new departments and appointing Czars to oversee these departments. These Czars were never submitted to the United States Senate for approval as required by Article 2, Section 2 of the Constitution. In addition, these Czars and the Departments have budgets that are not subject to being controlled by Congress as provided for by Article 1, Section 8 of the Constitution. He also made recess appointments when the Senate was not in recess and these appointments were struck down by the Supreme Court.
(2) Article 2, Section 3 of the Constitution mandates that the President of the United States “shall take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed…” Barack Hussein Obama, in violation of his oath of office has repeatedly ignored this Constitutional mandate by refusing to enforce laws against illegal immigration, defend in court the Defense of Marriage Act (DOMA), and refusing to enforce Federal voting laws.
(3) Article 1 of the Constitution establishes the legislative branch of the U.S. government and sets forth the powers of the Senate and House of Representatives to make laws. These powers are exclusive and the Constitution does not grant the President the power to either make laws or amend them on his own. Barack Hussein Obama has ignored these provisions and made or changed laws by either issuing unconstitutional executive orders or instructing governmental departments to take illegal and unconstitutional actions. Specific actions include, but are not necessarily limited to:
1. A. Ordering the Environmental Protection Agency to implement portions of the Cap & Trade bill that failed to pass in the U.S. Senate.
2. B. Ordering implementation of portions of the “Dream Act” that failed to pass in Congress.
3. C. Orchestrating a government takeover of a major part of the automobile industry in 2009.
4. D. Ordering a moratorium on new offshore oil and gas exploration and production without approval of Congress.
5. E. Signing an Executive Order on March 16, 2012 giving himself and the Executive branch extraordinary powers to control and allocate resources such as food, water, energy and health care resources etc. in the interest of vaguely defined national defense issues. It would amount to a complete government takeover of the U.S. economy.
6. F. Signing an Executive Order on July 6, 2012 giving himself and the Executive branch the power to control all methods of communications in the United States based on a Presidential declaration of a national emergency.
7. G. Signing an Executive Order on January 6, 2013 that contained 23 actions designed to limit the individual right to keep and bear arms guaranteed by the Second Amendment to the Constitution.
8. H. Amending portions of the Affordable Healthcare Act and other laws passed by Congress without Congressional approval as required by Article 1 of the Constitution.
9. I. Issuing Executive orders in January 2014 amending the HIPPA law to allow the turning over of confidential medical records to Federal agencies if there is any information to be used to add individuals to the NICS list to prohibit them from purchasing firearms.
10. J. Having the EPA impose regulations on the coal industry that will force many utility companies and coal mines out of business. This will cost the U.S. economy thousands of jobs and dramatically increase the cost of energy to the public. This is being done without Congressional approval.
11. K. Hindering the ability of the U.S. Border Patrol Agency to not only stop illegal immigration, but to stop human and drug trafficking.
12. L. Removing the work requirement from welfare reform legislation without Congressional approval.
Article II
(1) Article 2, Section 3 of the Constitution mandates that from time to time the President “shall give to Congress information on the State of the Union….” Implicit in this is an obligation for the President to be truthful with the Congress and the American people. Barack Hussein Obama has repeatedly violated his oath of office and the requirements of the Constitution by willfully withholding information on important issues or actively taken part in misleading the Congress and the American people. Specific actions include, but are not necessarily limited to:
1. A. Using Executive privilege to block Congress from getting documents relating to the DOJ’s Operation Fast and Furious and the death of U.S. Border Patrol Brian Terry.
2. B. Had members of his administration provide false information about the act of terrorism committed in Benghazi, Libya on September 11, 2012 and refusing to allow the State Department and other federal agencies to cooperate in the Congressional investigation.
3. C. Falsely labeled the mass murder of American soldiers at Ft. Hood, Texas as “workplace violence” instead of the act of Islamic terrorism it was.
4. D. Falsely labeling the IRS targeting of conservative and Christian groups as a “phony” scandal and refusing to order an active pursuit of the investigation into who was ultimately responsible.
5. E. Refusing to order an independent investigation of the actions of Eric Holder and the DOJ in targeting the phone records of members of the news media.
6. F. Telling the American people on a television show that the NSA was not prying into the emails and phone calls of Americans when the facts prove otherwise.
(2) The oath of office of the President of the United States requires him to preserve, protect and defend the Constitution. This obviously includes what may be the most important part of the Constitution, the Bill of Rights. Barack Hussein Obama has repeatedly violated his oath of office by seeking to limit both the individual rights and the rights of the States guaranteed in the first ten amendments to the Constitution. Specific actions include, but are not necessarily limited to:
1. A. Having the Department of Health and Human Services order religious institutions and businesses owned by religious families to provide their employees free contraception and other services that are contrary to their religious beliefs. This is being done under the auspices of the Affordable Health Care Act and violates the religious freedom clauses of the First Amendment.
2. B. Having the military place restrictions on the religious freedom of Chaplains and other members of the military in order to favor gay rights advocates and atheists in violation of the First Amendment.
3. C. Having the military place restrictions on the freedom of speech of members of the military and the civilian employees of the DOD in violation of their rights under the First Amendment.
4. D. Using Executive orders and government agency actions to limit Second Amendment rights. This includes actions by the Veterans Administration to disarm American veterans without due process as required by the Fifth Amendment.
5. E. Having the National Security Agency intercept and monitor the private communications of millions of Americans without a court order and in violation of the Fourth Amendment.
6. F. Joining with foreign governments in lawsuits against sovereign U.S. states to prohibit them from enforcing immigration laws. This is in violation of the Tenth Amendment.
7. G. Filing suits under the Voting Rights Act against sovereign U.S. states to prevent them from enforcing Voter ID laws despite rulings by the Supreme Court upholding these laws. This is another violation of the Tenth Amendment and the balance of powers.
8. H. Having the IRS propose new regulations on conservative 501 (C ) (4) organizations to limit their freedom of speech and political activities during election cycles in violation of the First Amendment to the Constitution.
9. I. Having the FCC prepare new rules on internet neutrality in violation of the ruling by the U.S. Supreme Court striking down such regulations.
10. J. Having the FCC institute a plan to place agents in newsrooms of radio and television stations as well as print media to monitor whether they are providing the “proper” news content to the public, a direct violation of the First Amendment to the Constitution.
11. K. Having the Secretary of State sign the U.N. Small Arms Treaty despite the opposition of a majority of the U.S. Senate and with full awareness that the implementation of the treaty would violate the Second Amendment rights of American citizens.
(3) Under Article 2, Section 2 of the Constitution the President of the United States is the Commander in Chief of the United States military and as such is responsible for using them in a manner that best serves the national security of the United States and protects our soldiers from unnecessary risks and harm. Barack Hussein Obama has violated his oath of office in this regard. Specific actions include, but are not necessarily limited to:
1. A. In the name of “political correctness,” he imposed unnecessary and dangerous rules of engagement on our troops in combat causing them to lose offensive and defensive capabilities and putting them in danger. Many American service personnel have been killed or wounded as a result of this policy.
2. B. Releasing the identity of American military personnel and units engaged in dangerous and secret operations such as the killing of Osama bin Laden by Navy Seal team 6.
3. C. Article 1, Section 8 of the Constitution gives Congress the exclusive power to declare war. Yet, without consulting Congress President Obama ordered the American military into action in Libya.
4. D. Having the Attorney General tell Secretaries of State that they do not have to comply with the Federal law requiring states to timely send absentee ballots to military personnel.
In all of this, Barack Hussein Obama has undermined the integrity of his office, has brought disrepute on the Presidency, has betrayed his trust as President and has acted in a manner subversive of the rule of law and justice, to the manifest injury of the people of the United States.
Wherefore, Barack Hussein Obama, by such conduct, warrants impeachment and trial, and removal from office and disqualification to hold and enjoy any office of honor, trust or profit under the United States.

Kerry in Kiev: ‘Nothing Strong’ About How Russia Is Acting
Secretary of State John Kerry traveled to Ukraine on Tuesday and condemned Russia’s use of “aggression and intimidation as a first resort” in its takeover of the Ukrainian peninsula of Crimea.
He declared: “It is not appropriate to invade a country and, at the end of a barrel of a gun, dictate what you are trying to achieve.”
“In the hearts of Ukrainians and eyes of the world, there is nothing strong about what Russia is doing,” Kerry told reporters in Kiev.
Kerry also accused the Russian government of spreading lies about the crisis, including that ethnic Russians living in Ukraine are under threat and that the streets of Kiev, the Ukrainian capital, are dangerous and rife with looting.
He called on Russia to order its troops back to their barracks, and allow international monitors to settle the dispute. Otherwise, he said, the United States and partners would keep taking steps to isolate Russia politically, diplomatically and economically.
“This is the 21st century,” Kerry said. “We should not see nations step backward to behave in 19th- or 20th-century fashion. There are ways to resolve these differences. Great nations choose to do that appropriately.”
Earlier in the day, Russian President Vladimir Putin reserved the right for the Russian military, which has already taken control of the Crimean peninsula in Ukraine, to use force to protect ethnic Russians in Ukraine.
Krauthammer: ‘Ukrainians, Everybody Shocked By The Weakness Of Obama’s Statement’

Fox News contributor and syndicated columnist Charles Krauthammer weighed in on Barack Obama’s “warning” to Russia not to intervene in Ukraine, saying “everybody is shocked by his weakness.”
Amid reports that Russia has placed 2,000 troops in Crimea, within the borders of Ukraine, Obama said Friday that “the United States will stand with the international community in affirming that there will be costs for any military intervention in Ukraine.”
On Fox News’ Special Report Friday night, Krauthammer responded to Obama’s statement:
“The Ukrainians, and I think everybody, is shocked by the weakness of Obama’s statement. What he’s saying is, we’re not really going to do anything. He said, any violation of Ukrainian territory is destabilizing, and that’s not in Russia’s interest. He is instructing Putin on what’s in Russia’s interest?
I can assure you, Putin has calculated his own interests … that detaching Crimea from Ukraine and making it, essentially, a colony of Russia, is in Russia’s interest. [H]e knows he has nothing to fear from the West, because it’s not led by anybody. It used to be led by the United States.”
Obama has been criticized throughout his presidency for saying or doing too little too late when foreign crises arise, choosing instead to be controlled by consequences rather than seeking to control them:
- Egypt, during the so-called “Arab spring”
- Libya, where his reticence led to France’s then-president Nikolas Sarkosy taking charge for the as the West finally intervened
- Syria where his now-infamous hollow red-line warning over the use of chemical weapons allowed Vladimir Putin to take control
- And now Ukraine, where its pro-democracy population looks to the outside world for support
Words are cheap, Mr. President — regardless of how tough you try to sound when you read them from a teleprompter. The fate of Ukraine hangs in the balance.

Obama Forces Innocent Man To Sponsor Heinous Act
Guess what? Obamacare really DOES violate the Constitution. I talked to a lawyer who explained exactly how.
I make it a practice to go out of my way to meet interesting people. And on Friday, I had lunch with one such person: William J. Olson, a lawyer and expert on the U.S. Constitution.
Today, I’d like to share with you some of the nuggets I learned from him.
Olson’s firm has filed more than 80 briefs before the Supreme Court. Currently, the firm is focused on the case known as Conestoga Wood vs. Kathleen Sebelius, which has to do with Obamacare. A few weeks ago, Olson authored a brief in the case.
Conestoga Wood Specialties Corp. is owned by the Hahns, a Mennonite family living in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. Like all firms with over 50 employees, Conestoga Wood is required to buy a health insurance policy to cover its employees. According to the regulations promulgated by the Obama administration, the health insurance policy must include coverage for “contraceptive services”, including “the full-range of FDA-approved contraceptive methods, and patient education and counseling for women with reproductive capacity.”
And this is where the conversation gets really interesting. According to Olson, “While Obamacare uses the term contraceptive, that term has undergone a dramatic shift in meaning over the past 50 years. Within the array of what are called ‘contraceptives’ are true abortifacients — drugs and devices that induce a miscarriage or an abortion, thus leading to the death of an embryo.”
In essence, Obamacare is forcing the deeply religious Hahn family to fund abortions for their employees. The Hahn family, whose Mennonite faith rejects all violence, is being forced to provide payments to those that commit what they believe is violence against the most innocent of persons – an unborn child.
The brief endorses the Hahn family’s belief that the mandate violates their rights under the free exercise clause of the First Amendment to the Constitution.

Uwe and Hannelore came to the United States in 2008 seeking political asylum. They fled their German homeland in the face of religious persecution for homeschooling their children.
They wanted to live in a country where they could raise their children in accordance with their Christian beliefs.
The Romeikes were initially given asylum, but the Obama administration objected – claiming that German laws that outlaw homeschooling do not constitute persecution.
“The goal in Germany is for an open, pluralistic society,” the Justice Department wrote in a legal brief last year. “Teaching tolerance to children of all backgrounds helps to develop the ability to interact as a fully functioning citizen in Germany.”
On Monday, the Supreme Court declined to hear the Romeike’s appeal – paving the way for the Christian family of eight to be deported.
Clear evidence America is being run by people who hate our founding principles–including our Supreme Court.
I guess if the Romeikes had come here illegally—and totally avoided any attempt to honor the system—they could stay forever, and even be granted “amnesty.”
If they were lazy bums, they could apply for every form of government assistance… free medical… free education… food stamps… But because they actually work and contribute to the community—because they’ve accepted the high responsibility of educating their own children—we want to send them back to Germany, facing the threat that their children will be kidnapped by the State.

Obama Spent 2.1 Million Taxpayer Dollars To Appear On Leno, And It Wasn’t Even a Great Episode

Have you ever wondered how much small talk and mock self-deprecation cost? Well, now we know. Recently disclosed Air Force flight documents show that it cost taxpayers $2.1 million to fly the President to and from California to appear on The Tonight Show.
As reported by The Washington Examiner, the public watchdog group Judicial Watch obtained the Air Force One flight information from the past year after submitting a Freedom of Information Act request. The organization discovered that three separate Obama family trips cost taxpayers over $7.3 million in 2013.
The report disclosed that it costs $228,288 per hour to fly Air Force One, a massive 27% increase from the previous estimated rate of $179,750.
The information revealed that the Obama’s 2012-2013 Hawaiian Christmas vacation cost $4,086,355.20 in flight costs alone. The first family’s Martha’s Vineyard 2013 August vacation racked up $1,164,268.80 for the flights to and from Massachusetts.
Haven’t they tried Expedia?
With vacation costs as high as these, the Obama family is no longer just out of touch – their perception of what’s appropriate is off the map! The money isn’t theirs, so what does it matter that millions are spent to get the President on a late night talk show? He’s the President, after all – he can do whatever he wants.

Iran is moving ahead with its nuclear enrichment program despite Obama administration claims that it would be frozen as part of an agreement signed by the rogue nation and world powers.
Moreover, analysts say it is now clear that the US and other countries are willing to accept an Iranian uranium enrichment program that the country steadfastly refuses to abandon.
Mark Dubowitz, executive director of the Foundation for Defense of Democracies, who backs a tough new sanctions bill pending in the U.S. Senate, sees it this way:
“The Iranians are advancing their nuclear program, moving ahead … in areas not covered [by the agreement]. The likelihood of a comprehensive deal on acceptable terms diminishes.”
In recent weeks, Iranian officials have said they will not dismantle key elements of the program, including centrifuges, enrichment facilities and a heavy water reactor under construction that, once operational, would produce enough plutonium to fuel nuclear weapons.
And so it continues: as Ukraine teeters on the brink and there is no end in sight to the bloodbath in Syria, Iran moves full-speed ahead with its nuclear program; a program it had no intention of curtailing when it signed a pact with a naive Obama — and others he brought along for the ride.

House oversight committee chairman Rep. Darrell Issa announced Sunday that Lerner will testify at Wednesday’s hearing, but Lerner’s attorney Bill Taylor said that Lerner will seek to continue invoking her Fifth Amendment rights and will also seek a one-week delay of her testimony.Oversight members are reportedly open to granting Lerner a one-week delay if she petitions for one in person at Wednesday’s hearing. Israel can expect to face international isolation and possible sanctions from countries and companies across the world if Benjamin Netanyahu fails to endorse a framework agreement with the Palestinians, US President Barack Obama cautioned on Sunday ahead of a meeting with the Israeli prime minister.
In an interview with Bloomberg, Obama stressed that time was running out for Israel to achieve a peace deal, and added that he believed Netanyahu had the capacity to rally Israel’s citizens behind an agreement.
But if Netanyahu “does not believe that a peace deal with the Palestinians is the right thing to do for Israel, then he needs to articulate an alternative approach,” Obama said.

Gay, lesbian troops perform in drag at Kadena Air Base fundraiser

KADENA AIR BASE, Okinawa — Since the repeal of the Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell policy, U.S. military bases have hosted a gay marriage ceremonies and a potluck gatherings. But on Saturday, servicemembers here may have been the first to take to the stage and perform as drag queens on a military installation in support of lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender troops.
Drag queens and drag kings, to be precise.
Six servicemembers — gay, lesbian and straight — donned heavy makeup to dance and lip sync songs such as “I Wanna Dance with Somebody” for a raucous capacity crowd at the Rocker NCO Club at Kadena Air Base. The event was a fundraiser for the recently formed Okinawa chapter of OutServe-SLDN, which is the largest nonprofit advocate for the military’s LGBT community.
GOPUSA Editor’s Note — Ok, let’s take a time out here. What in the world is going on? The military is about men and women protecting our country. Pure and simple! How does any of this help morale for our troops? The last thing our military should be projecting to the rest of the world is a group of people who don’t even know if they are men or women or not. Russia is invading Ukraine, and our military is made up of drag queens?
“We didn’t think there was much of a desire for an event like this on the island but it has actually blown up,” said Navy Lt. Marissa Greene, co-chapter leader of OutServe Okinawa.
Greene said she had hoped to sell about 75 tickets to fund some future support activities for the group, which was formed last summer and still “starting from scratch.” The event was approved as a “variety show” by Kadena’s 18th Wing through the same process as other on-base fundraisers.
But an initial 200 tickets were plucked up almost immediately, so they issued another 200.
“We ended up selling 400 tickets in 10 days,” she said.
Amid the unexpected success, OutServe carefully avoided any mention of politics, but its variety show comes at a pivotal time for gay civil rights in the United States, with many states passing laws dealing with marriage or debating individual liberties.
It is also a sign of the times within the military; just a few years ago, gay and lesbian drag performances on a military base would have been unthinkable and potentially a cause for dismissal from the service.
The repeals of Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell, as well as the Defense of Marriage Act — the law barring the federal government from recognizing same-sex marriages — have allowed gays and lesbians in the military to be open with their sexuality for the first time.
The historic shift appears to be mostly accepted and embraced throughout the ranks despite warnings the DADT repeal could harm order and good discipline.
On Saturday night, the Rocker club was packed for performances by servicemembers using stage names such as Chocolate Sunrise — a crowd favorite — and Artemis Faux. The event’s sole lesbian performer took the drag king name Manny Nuff.
The advocacy group agreed to avoid using the term “drag show” as part of its on-base fundraiser effort.
Tech. Sgt. Kristen Baker, who was among the crowd, said the show got a warm reception and would leave a mark for civil rights.
“Everything is just accepted. It makes me really proud to watch it,” Baker said. In the military, “we are all brothers and sisters no matter what.”
